Green coffee beans to roast at home from Brazil, the world’s largest coffee producer. Lower-altitude beans can roast quickly. Watch development for 70 – 100 seconds after first crack. Excellent base coffee for espresso blends due to body and sweetness (this is how Luis uses it.) Typical taste notes are milk chocolate, peanut, hazelnut, and cocoa. Lower acidity makes it approachable for many coffee drinkers.
