Colombia Green Coffee

Description

Green coffee beans from Colombia for roasting at home. Very versatile. Easy to roast across a wide range. Medium roasts highlight sweetness, while lighter roasts showcase fruit and acidity. Beans can have a brighter fruit taste if they are from Huila or Nariño in the South, or more of a caramel taste if they are from Central Colombia. Excellent choice for drip. Allow for 60–90 seconds development after first crack.
